Kruboss Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how the Kruboss application ("Kruboss", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. This policy applies to the Kruboss mobile application, related websites, and any services provided by Kruboss.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?

When ordering or registering on our site or in our app, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.

  • Camera & Microphone: Used only when you record videos or capture media inside Kruboss. We do not access these without your explicit permission.
  • Health Data (if applicable): If you connect services such as Health Connect or Apple Health, we only access the data you explicitly grant permission for. This data is used solely to provide features to you and is never sold.

Location Information

Kruboss may collect or access location information in the following ways:

  • Approximate Location: May be derived from your device’s network connection, IP address, or system services. This is used only to enable app functionality, analytics, or service optimization.
  • Precise Location (if applicable): Only collected if you explicitly grant permission. This is used solely for features that require location to function.

Kruboss does not use location data for advertising, does not sell location data, and does not share location data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (such as analytics or crash reporting tools).

You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, although some features may not function correctly without it.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register on our app or website, use features of Kruboss, make a purchase, fill out a form, connect a third‑party service, or enter information on our app or website.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site or app features in the following ways:

  • Apple services (if you use iOS versions of Kruboss)
  • Health Connect or Apple Health (if you choose to connect them)

These services may automatically collect device identifiers, diagnostics, and performance data. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our app, website, or business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and use it only on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Kruboss and related services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

Data deletion & account removal

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@kruboss.com. Once your request is verified and processed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, subject to any data we are required to retain by law.

Permissions used

Kruboss may request the following permissions, depending on the features you use:

  • Camera: To record videos or capture photos within Kruboss.
  • Microphone: To record audio when capturing videos.
  • Storage / Photos / Media / Files: To save, read, or upload media you choose to use in Kruboss.
  • Health / Fitness permissions (if applicable): To read data from services such as Health Connect or Apple Health, only with your explicit consent.

Permissions are used solely to provide the corresponding features and are not used to collect data beyond what is necessary for those features.

How do we protect your information?

  • Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
  • We use regular Malware Scanning.
  • Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  • We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
  • All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
