New Game Mode Selector Choose your challenge:

Shuffle Mode: Draw a card, face the unknown. Each card gives you a random bodyweight move; black cards (spades, clubs) are squats, red cards (hearts, diamonds) are push-ups. This mode keeps your muscles guessing and your focus razor-sharp.

Climb Mode: Start from the ground and rise through increasing difficulty. This progressive format is perfect for building endurance and sharpening form before diving into the chaos of Shuffle.

Why squats and push-ups? These calisthenics staples are fundamentals for building explosive strength, endurance, and body control; all key elements for martial arts.
